SANDRA.
Founder und Managing Director.
After completing her Master of Law, Sandra started her professional career at KPMG in the Audit department. There she worked as an assistant manager and was entrusted with the team and project management of a DAX company. Afterwards Sandra changed to the industry where she gained experience in the areas of finance, consolidation and insurance. Sandra brings her broad expertise to Daidalus UG as Managing Director.
HENDRIK.
Data and Technology
Hendrik brings extensive experience in data strategy, team leadership, and technology innovation gained while working as Team Head for an alternative investments firm. In this role, he was instrumental in developing the firm's data strategy and led larger data teams across various business units. His accomplishments included optimizing source systems, implementing a data governance framework, building a gloablable data warehouse, and implementing a service desk. As Data and Technology Lead, Hendrik looks forward to helping you achieve your business goals and be successful. He will guide your company on the path to data-driven decision making and successful digital transformation.


MARCIN.
Project Lead
Marcin is a seasoned expert with over 10 years of professional experience in Microsoft systems such as Business Central, D365 CE and F&O. As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant at EY, he has successfully helped international companies implement Business Central. With a Master's degree in Computer Science and Econometrics as well as extensive certifications from Microsoft, Marcin has deep expertise and versatile skills in business analysis, system configuration and customer training.
KAROLINA.
Senior Consultant
Karolina is our experienced MS Dynamics 365 Consultant with extensive expertise in Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Sales implementation with a focus on sales and customs process optimization. Before joining EY, she worked as a Financial Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services in Budapest. She holds an MSc in International Economy and Business and a BSc in Economics. Her academic qualifications are rounded off by a number of additional certificates - AgileBA Foundation, ITIL 4 Foundation, PL-200 Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant and MB-210 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant. Karolina's skills and experience make her a valuable asset to our team.


JAKUB.
Senior Consultant
Jakub is a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Consultant with 8 years of experience in Microsoft products and consulting. He holds certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Business Central, and Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate. Additionally, he is certified in AgileBA® and AgilePM® Foundation methodologies. With a background in economics and postgraduate studies in IT, Jakub combines business acumen with technical skills, including JS, SQL, and HTML+CSS, to deliver optimal solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
EDYTA.
Junior Consultant
Edyta is an engineer with over 6 years of commercial experience, bringing a strong technical foundation and extensive expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Specializing in data migration, she has successfully executed complex data migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate data integration within the MSD 365 F&O environment.
Edyta’s fluency in Polish, English, and Spanish enhances her ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across diverse, multilingual teams. Her strong communication skills, coupled with her technical expertise, enable her to bridge gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and success.


DOMINIKA.
Junior Consultant
Dominika is a young and talented consultant with several years of experience in marketing, sales, and MSDF consulting. She has been specializing in master and transactional data migration for Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations and data model creation for the last few years. Thanks to her excellent communication skills and based on her experience with international teams, Dominika has already been able to independently execute major MSDF migration projects as a young project manager.
LYUBOMIR.
Senior Data Warehouse
Lyubomir has been working with data since 2008. He is a passionate data aficionado and a keen problem solver. Closely monitoring the latest technology trends, he is always eager to implement modern data solutions, hands on. With a rich experience in various tech and financial industries, he adapts easily to any situation. Building projects from scratch or looking to improve an existing product - no problem! Looking for cost reduction or more value for your money - no problem! You want a chat with someone to brainstorm on data solutions - he is your guy!
His current favorite technologies include dbt, SqlDBM and Snowflake. And if you wonder why this is, he would be more than happy to debate on the vast possibilities that this stack offers.

Financial and Accouting Team Lead
As an integral part of our Financial Accounting Team, Gloria not only brings a breath of fresh air, but also an impressive wealth of experience. Her career as a tax consultant in medium-sized tax consulting firms has given her a deep understanding of the complexities of the tax world and the practical needs of small and medium-sized companies and fund structures. Extensive knowledge, passion for taxes and flexible customer orientation lead to tailor-made solutions.
KATHRIN.
Financial and Accouting Team Lead
As a certified accountant, Kathrin has extensive experience in financial accounting and accounting in various companies. She has proven herself to be a competent team leader on several occasions, and unorthodox conditions do not deter her. Her many years of practical experience make her an expert in all questions relating to balance sheets and finances. Kathrin's strength lies in her ability to lead her team to success with clear specialist knowledge and targeted guidance. Kathrin looks forward to getting started with you.


AGATA.
Accountant
Agata graduated with a master’s degree in Accountancy and Finance at University of Economics and Business in Poznan. Her adventure with accountancy began over 15 years ago when she was working as accountant in Volkswagen Group. During her work she has also gained experience in tax and fund accounting, being the member of global revenue team. Working as independent accountant and as a part of shared services, Agata has been taking responsibility for many accounting and financial activitis - accruals and provision calculation, oversight of cash reconcilation process, fund related data processing, supporting period close activities and also in reporting area- balance sheet reconcilation, P&L prepering and reviewing, cash flow forecast preparing and reviewing, tax declarations preparing.
Despite many years of work, accountancy is still something she passionate about.
BARTOSZ.
Accountant
Bartosz has over 5 years of experience in the area of finance. During his adventure with accounting, he worked primarily in large SSC entities, both in service and manufacturing companies, both in the accounts payable departments where he was primarily responsible for accounting of incoming documents and in the General Ledger area, cooperating in maintaining the books of the Luxembourg branch of an American investment fund. Bartosz has a master's degree in economics and improved his accounting knowledge by completing training at the Association of Accountants in Poland and completing postgraduate studies in finance and accounting accredited by ACCA.
